Orders will be dropped off every week on Sunday. Please note, that during sales and shop updates, there may be more delays.

★DOMESTIC★

​

Packages being shipped to a destination in Canada will be through Canada Post lettermail. There is no tracking for lettermail, so please proceed with caution and at your own risk! I am not responsible for lost packages if you choose this option for Canadian shipping! If you want to ensure security of your package, please choose the Canadian Tracking option.

If you would like tracking, I do offer it, but the fee is a lot more expensive than regular lettermail packages.

★INTERNATIONAL★

​

Packages going outside of Canada will be shipped through Chit Chats.

All USA and international packages include tracking; you will be provided with a tracking number when your package is shipped out.

★COSTS OF SHIPPING★

​

Shipping is calculated by weight; domestic shipping (CAD) starts at $3. USA shipping start at $5 and international shipping starts at $7. [Keep in mind, apparel is heavier, therefore, shipping costs are higher].

★DELIVERY TIMES★

Here are the estimated delivery times from the date the order has been shipped:
Canada: 4-10 business days
USA: 5-15 business days
International: 4-21 business days

If the tracking on your package says delivered and you have not received the package, please reach out to your local post office first before reaching out to me. Sometimes they can withhold your package for their own reasons.

I will not be responsible for any duties/taxes/or any other fees similar that have incurred based on your countries rules and regulations.

★COMBINE ORDERS/SHIPPING★

If you purchased multiple items with me at different times [or pledged to my kickstarter] and would like to save costs on shipping by combining your order, please feel free to contact me [I will try my best to accommodate you].

★ Returns and Cancellations ★

 

At this time, I don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.
If items are damaged or have issues/defects, please contact me directly as soon as possible and we can try to resolve the issue.

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU HAVE 30 DAYS TO CONTACT ME AFTER RECEIVING THE PRODUCT; THERE IS A POTENTIAL FOR ITEMS TO BE OUT OF STOCK.

Please read the item descriptions carefully! Please contact me if you would like me to know something about your order or there are any complications. Please keep in mind that I run this small business alone, so there could be room for error. I am happy to fix any error on my part.

★Pre - Orders★

 

If you purchase a pre-order pin, please expect to wait at least 5 - 7 week [depending on the product]. I will be listing the time frame of how long it will take for me to receive the pre - order pin, so please watch out for that in the description of the product! There is always room for error; I will make sure to send updates and be 100% transparent in regards to pre - order items that may be delayed or cancelled.

If there is not enough funding for products for necessary pre - orders, all individuals that have already purchased the item will be refunded.

PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT IF YOU PURCHASE ANY OTHER PRODUCTS WITH A PRE ORDER ITEM, YOUR WHOLE ORDER WILL NOT GO OUT UNTIL ALL ITEMS ARE IN HAND.

WE RECOMMEND YOU PLACE SEPARATE ORDERS IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO RECEIVE SOME ITEMS SOONER THAN THE PRE ORDER WAITING DURATION.

★Restocks★

 

I want to make it clear that I RARELY do restocks; so if you want a product, it is best to purchase it before it is out of stock.

If I am restocking a product [rare occasion], I will typically make announcements on my Instagram, so please follow me there for the most up to date information!

★Adjustments in Price and Promotions★

I will honour price adjustments only if the promotion is within 48 hours of your purchase and you directly contact me immediately within those 48 hours. If it falls outside of this time frame, I can no longer honour the price adjustment, I do apologize in advance.

Promotional codes cannot be combined.
No price adjustments will be done for large holiday sales.
Promos do NOT apply to pre-orders unless otherwise specified.

★Pin Grading★

Standard Grade: There are no major defects but can exhibit tiny flaws like:
★ Tiny glitter specs
★ tiny bubbles
★ metal imperfections [minor scratches or scuffing]
★ Slightly lower fills in minor areas
★ Other imperfections that are only visible upon extremely close-up inspection and/or when light hits the pin at a specific angle

 

Seconds Grade: handful of minor defects or few major defects
★ Heavy scratching on enamel or metal plating
★ Other unexpected problems
★ Peeling enamel or missing enamel
★Tarnish of metal plating
★ Wrong colour enamel

Pin colours can vary on each monitor
Pin colours can vary due to lighting
Each pin is hand painted and may have minor scuffs, scratches, and air bubbles
Seconds may not come with a backing card.

  • I sent the wrong address information! Can you reship my item(s)?
    It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address you provide to me is correct.I will not be re-shipping out the items for free as the error was not on my part. If the address does not exist, it's possible the item may be sent back to me. If this is the case, I can resend your parcel out with an additional shipping fee. ***DISCLAIMER -- MY COURIER SERVICE SOMETIMES DOES NOT RETURN THE PACKAGE TO ME -- YOU ARE LIABLE AND RESPONSIBLE FOR PUTTING THE CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS ****
  • There was a mistake in my order! Something is missing/wrong item was sent.
    I will send out a replacement package including the missing goods free of charge, as this was a mistake on my part. There is no need to send the package back to me, you're free to keep the wrong items that were sent! If the item is no longer in stock, you will receive a refund for the item, and still get to keep what was initially sent to you.
  • The goods arrived damaged. Can they be replaced?
    If you did not purchase tracking and insurance, I can replace the item if you pay the shipping fee. If the item is no longer in stock, I will issue you a refund minus the shipping costs. If you have purchased tracking and insurance, I will either replace your order or issue a full refund.
  • What currency is your store priced in?
    My store is priced in USD. All the products you purchase off this site will be charged in USD, so please be careful.
